Tilting 2x72 belt grinder chassis. Vertical or horizontal grinder positions. Comes fully assembled with everything in the first or second picture, depending on which belt tension system you choose at checkout.

----Choose from either my ratchet style belt tensioner or the Suspa USA brand gas shock belt tension system. It boils down to personal preference.  The ratchet system is nice because it will never wear out.
 
The M-90-AL grinder chassis accommodates the industry standard 1.5-inch square tooling bar, so if you already have your own attachments like a flat platen, contact wheel, small wheel attachment, etc, you can use them on this grinder frame. Loosen the handle and pull the pin, and you'll be fully equipped to grind in either the vertical or horizontal position. Easy belt changes are achieved with the 304 stainless steel rachet mechanism .
 
The components are machined from 6061 aluminum for strength, rigidity, and corrosion resistance. This frame easily handles the hp. The base has a larger footprint than on the previous m90. This reduces flex from the wood or metal table top and, in turn, increases stability.
