Return Policy:  I accept returns within 2 weeks of arrival.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping with insurance coverage to cover full purchase price.  A 25% restocking fee is charged because your grinder is built to order.  Item will be assessed and a reduced reimbursement will be issued based on any damage.   I don't mean this to sound harsh, but I'm a small operation and not Amazon, so a return makes a larger impact on my business planning than sending something back to a big box store etc.  Thanks for your understanding. 

Having said that, if you have a problem with the workmanship, I'll work with you to remedy it because I stand by my work.
