Rachet style belt tensioner with tracking wheel.

The rachet and pawl are both made from 3/8 inch thick 304 stainless steel.   The use of multiple thrust bearings provides easy action.  The handle piece is machined from a single piece of 1/2 inch thick 6061 aluminum.   This comes with a 3 inch crowned tracking wheel and machined aluminum wheel spacers in order to fine tune your alignment,  if necessary.
